Co-building

Markus is built one profession at a time

A single tool for every healthcare profession does not exist. What exists is a tool shaped around one profession: its documents, its wording, its pace, and what it actually needs the software to do. Then around the next.

    Five professions we build with

Groups of practising clinicians, profession by profession. Each one has its own templates, its own wording, its own way of using Markus, and its own page.

    • Physiotherapists

Between two patients, there is rarely time to write the report the doctor is waiting for. So it gets written while you speak.

    • Orthoptists

The report you send back to the prescriber deserves better than being reformatted afterwards.

    • Podiatrists

Your hands are busy during the consultation. What needs writing down can be said out loud instead.

    • Nurses

A round of home visits leaves you no desk. What has to be entered should be doable standing up, between two visits.

    • Speech therapists

The assessment does not accompany your work, it is part of it. It has its own template, with your sections and your terms.

    What co-building actually means

We listen to how you work

The shape of your days, the documents you produce, the words you use. And what costs you time without appearing on any feature list.

We change the product, not just the wording

Your sections and your vocabulary, of course. But also what Markus suggests, what it sends and when it asks: a profession that works differently needs something different, not a new coat of paint.

We tell you what we did with it

What we take on lands in the product, with a date. What we don't, we tell you why. That is the least we owe anyone who gives us their time.

Your profession is not on that list

Markus adapts to the documents you write, and your page already exists. And if something is missing for your profession, that is exactly what we want to hear.

    Two ways in

    You practise

Try Markus on your own work, then tell us what does not fit your profession: a missing section, wording that is not yours, a document we do not produce. But also a step that is useless in your practice, or something that should go out to the patient on its own. That is how a group starts.

    Or write to us directly

    You represent a profession

Union, association, training school: we bring your members a tool shaped around their own writing, and we ask you for a handful of volunteers and a few sessions. Nothing is published in your name without your written agreement.

The next profession could be yours

Fourteen days, no card. Use it on your real documents: that is the only way you will know, and the only way we will learn.
