As of July 1, 2025, several important modifications will come into effect for physiotherapists, stemming from Amendment 7 to the national agreement. Revaluation of AMS 7.5 coded acts
Acts currently coded between 7.47 and 7.53 will increase to 8.1.
This increase represents +€1.33 per act, or an increase of +8.2%.
It concerns approximately 39% of the overall activity of massage therapists.
Abolition of RPE 6 and replacement by RPE 8.5
The act titled "Rehabilitation of ambulation in the context of maintaining the autonomy of the elderly person" (AMK/AMC 6) is abolished.
It is replaced by a new RPE 8.5 act, valued at €18.79.
This revaluation represents an increase of +€5.53, or +41%.
Revaluation of balneotherapy supplements
Balneotherapy supplements are also revalued from July 1:
In a swimming pool: from €4.87 to €7.74 (+€2.87)
In a basin: from €2.65 to €5.52 (+€2.87)
Merger of specific travel allowances
The IFO, IFR, IFN, IFP, IFS, and IFV allowances will be merged into a single IFS allowance of €4.00.
It will apply to certain acts defined in articles 1, 2, 4, 5, and 9 of the NGAP.
The IFD allowance remains in effect for other unaffected acts.
Revision of installation aid for physiotherapists
The CAMMK, CAIMK, and CACCMK aids will be re-focused on very underserved areas.
The initial amounts will be strengthened for the CAMMK and CACCMK schemes to encourage installation and maintenance of activity in these areas.
Obligation to use the new nomenclature from July 2025
The new nomenclature of professional acts becomes mandatory on July 1, 2025.
Physiotherapists will have to comply with it for billing and teletransmission.
